Position Responsibilities: Partner with manufacturing plant leadership to develop, track, and execute on annual productivity targets Support Supply Chain Annual Plan, forecasting, and Actual variance analysis Collaborate with Supply Chain FP&A management to track manufacturing productivity through benchmarking activities and consolidate Supply Chain financial results Support the development and maintenance of scorecards and measure KPI’s Provide financial insights into trends and risks and opportunities for the business Design, create and automate new financial analyses Travel up to 25% of the time Other duties as assigned Required Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree with 4 plus years related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 7 plus years of specific experience Preferred Education and Experience: Master's Degree Benefits At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
