Description Position Summary Plays a crucial role in supporting the finance team through data management, performing financial analysis and preparing financial reports for the firm and its business units. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of financial reports, forecasts, and budgets. Develop relationships with colleagues to better understand the key functions of the organization Present PowerPoint Decks, charts, and graphs for senior management and stakeholders. Maintain and update financial models to project business performance with the collaboration of stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations. Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement. Collect, organize, and analyze financial data from internal and external sources. Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes. Monitor Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and suggest ways to enhance financial performance Perform ad-hoc requests. Requirements Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities Social skills that can be utilized to develop relationships with key stakeholders Excitement to learn new information and be a part of a growing team Ability to create new reports and develop new concepts to enhance the team Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Critical thinking Technical and analytical High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling sensitive information. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field from a four-year college or university Investment Banking or Public Accounting experience is a plus 2-3 plus years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with MRI or comparable software is preferred. Experience with SQL, Power BI or Snowflake is preferred Experience in Real Estate industry preferred. Must be able to successfully pass a background and credit screen
