JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Financial Analyst plays a key role in providing financial planning, reporting, and analysis to support our business partners in alignment with the company’s strategies and financial objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5 years of FP&A/financial modelling experience
  • University graduate from relevant field
  • CPA Designation preferred
  • Collaborative, adaptable, strong business acumen and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency
  • SAP experience an asset
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for monthly/quarterly forecasts as well as the annual budget for the Primary Care and Retail sales channels
  • Help improve and continue to develop the overall budgeting process for the business
  • Prepare monthly financial analytics, PVM analysis and KPIs for monthly review with leadership team
  • Provide strategic support to drive business growth and margin improvement opportunities
  • Manage sales compensation programs and provide monthly reports and results for PC and Retail sales channels
  • Provide continuous improvements on existing processes and sales reporting
  • Responsible for ad-hoc requests from sales teams and corporate office
  • Responsible for reviewing accounting entries and monthly data validation
  • Assist Financial Reporting team on month end process
  • Complete Other projects and duties as assigned
