Description
As a Finance Business Partner to a Global Operations Support Group, you will support the organization as follows: Drive for best-in-class operations cost by understanding competitive benchmarks, installing financial rigor into project performance reviews, and driving accountability throughout the organization Support the Budget process and budget the necessary resources for the organization (headcount, capex, spends) while ensuring productivity plan is in place and resource allocation is optimized Review of organizational financial performance in PowerBI on a monthly cadence and direct management to risks and opportunities Partner with finance and operations stakeholders to continuously develop and implement new systems and processes to improve efficiency and meet changing business needs Provide strategic decision-making analysis, scenarios and project-ROIs and benefit-analysis as required, propose alternatives, and make recommendations about the best course of action. Process includes post mortem & lookback for all ROIs Develop highly effective working relationships with members of the local and global Finance teams, the Global Operations team, as well as HR Business Partners At least 3 years of work experience in Finance (FP&A or Finance Business Partner preferred), Business Strategy, or related fields in the manufacturing industry (electronics manufacturing, semiconductors or other high-tech industries preferred). Candidates with non-Finance background but with a keen interest in Finance Business Partnering are welcomed Intellectually curious, with a high energy level, growth mindset and passion for learning new automation & AI related skills Capable and willing to perform under tight deadlines and in an environment characterized by volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity (VUCA) Excellent written and verbal English-language communication and presentation skills Detail oriented, structural and meticulous Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships Strong analytical skills and business acumen Strong literacy in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is a must. Experience in advance data analytical & visualization tools (Power BI, Copilot, Python, SQL) is preferred
