Description
SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior Financial Analyst is a high-ownership role for someone who has already proven they can run deals end to end and is ready to take on greater complexity, client exposure, and team leadership. You will own the most demanding underwriting assignments in the pipeline — large portfolios, nuanced deal structures, and high-profile advisory engagements — while serving as a primary quality control checkpoint for the broader team's output. This is not a role where you wait for direction. You will work directly with advisors and the Director of Financial Analysis to shape underwriting strategy, refine our proprietary model, and drive process improvements across the department. You will also play a hands-on role in developing Junior Analysts — reviewing their work, coaching them through complex deal mechanics, and helping set the standard for what institutional-quality analysis looks like at MMG. MMG promotes from within, and the Senior Analyst role is a direct steppingstone to team leadership and management positions within the Financial Analysis department. If you want to build something, not just occupy a seat — this is the right opportunity.
