What You'll Do as a Senior Financial Analyst • Manage Ohio Shared Services (OSS) activities & troubleshoot any issues, questions, &/or concerns; • Design & run various financial reports (e.g., Aging Reports, Encumbrance Balance Reports, Spending Reports, Deposit Reports, OSS Activity Reports, Monthly Budget to Actual Reports, etc.) to support the division's needs; • Serve as a liaison with federal accounting systems; • Troubleshoot financial issues & determine appropriate action with external involvement; Collaborate with the U.S Department of Homeland Security, U.S Department of Transportation, Federal Emergency Management Agency, or U.S Department of Health & Human Services to resolve & reconcile issues with draw of funds, financial reports, deposits, etc.; • Update System for Award Management (SAM) information with the federal government to ensure proper account set-up & reconcile vendor account issues; Click here to see full position description OPTION 1: 42 mos. exp. or 42 mos. trg. in accounting &/or finance to include an advanced level of experience in spreadsheet software.
