Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our finance team. This role will play a critical part in supporting strategic decision-making by providing in-depth financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical expertise, business acumen, and the ability to communicate complex financial insights to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the preparation of financial models, forecasts, and variance analyses to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Deliver detailed financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reviews.
  • Partner with business leaders to provide insights into financial performance, risks, and opportunities.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor data, and business performance to inform strategic initiatives.
  • Contribute to budgeting and long-range planning processes, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Support due diligence, investment analysis, and scenario planning for key projects.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Financial Analyst, with at least 3–5 years in a senior or advanced analytical role.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modelling, Excel, and data analysis tools; experience with ERP and BI systems is advantageous.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities, with the confidence to deliver insights to senior leadership.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; a professional qualification (CFA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) is desirable.
