Job Description Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review head media weekly/monthly/quarterly performance reports, including variance analysis against budget and forecast Lead financial analysis and reporting for head and media business areas, providing insights to support strategic decisions Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements. Develop and present actionable insights and recommendations to senior director and business partners to support strategic decision-making. Work closely with financial controllers, business unit leaders and other stakeholders to understand their needs and provide financial guidance and support. Collaborate with head media operations, supply chain, procurement and other support function teams to align financial plans with business strategies Develop and maintain financial models to support scenario planning, investment analysis, and business cases Identify and implement process improvement and harmonization to streamline financial operations and enhance accuracy and efficiency. Other tasks assigned by manager Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 6 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis, ideally within a manufacturing environment. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent English communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly to diverse audiences. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling tools; ability to build and manage complex financial models. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines Demonstrated ability to innovate and implement new ideas to continuously improve financial analysis and operational efficiency. Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and build relationships with business partners.
