POSITION SPECIFIC DESCRIPTION
The Business Services Department is looking for a Sr. Financial Analyst to join their team in Jupiter, FL. The selected candidate for this role is expected to have experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or related areas.
This role will:
- Develop annual area budget requests,
- Identify emerging/contingency items that may need additional funding throughout the year,
- Develop variance reports and long-range planning goals,
- Generate forecasts and/or budget analysis,
- Provides financial analysis,
- Track, analyze and identify opportunities and trends in activities,
- Communicate financial positions to leadership,
- Formulate corrective action recommendations to ensure financial targets are met,
- Provide mentorship/guidance to other personnel,
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Grad / GED
- Bachelor’s or Equivalent Experience
- Experience: 4+ years
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s - Accounting / Finance
- Master’s - Accounting / Finance
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
