WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, technical or business-related field preferred
  • MBA or similar business-related advanced degree is a plus
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales operations as a Salesforce subject matter expert with proficiency creating reports, optimizing processes, training new hires, and managing dashboards
  • Strong knowledge of systems, processes, and technology within revenue operations
  • Proven ability to understand high-level sales strategies, translate them into actionable system and process requirements, and drive execution
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Deep experience with Salesforce, CRM applications, and email marketing platforms highly preferred
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to manage and mentor junior team members

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement effective pipeline management and sales policies to streamline operations and support overall revenue objectives
  • Foster collaboration across Operations, Corporate Marketing, and Sales to align goals and drive the execution of revenue-generating strategies
  • Work closely with company leaders to establish systems and processes that directly enhance revenue streams and improve cash flow
  • Produce and present accurate reports, insights, and actionable recommendations to leadership to enable data-driven decision-making
  • Collaborate with IT to ensure the Salesforce CRM is consistently maintained and standardized for reliable, efficient reporting
