QUALIFICATIONS

· Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification
· Minimum 5 years experience in real estate and/or operational financial analysis
· Advanced Excel proficiency, using complex modelling
· Strong understanding of commercial real estate development metrics
· Experience with financial modeling and valuations
· Experience with financial underwriting ideal

Pay: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
