Description

The Senior Financial Analyst plays a key role in driving financial strategy and decision-making across the organization. This position provides advanced financial analysis, guides strategic initiatives, and serves as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. Success in the role requires a strong background in corporate finance, exceptional modeling skills, and the ability to translate complex financial data into meaningful business insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of complex financial models to support strategic planning, forecasting, and investment decision-making.
  • Partner with senior leadership to analyze business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend actionable strategies.
  • Drive long-range financial planning and scenario analysis to assess the impact of business initiatives and external market factors.
  • Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and dashboards for leadership teams and the Board of Directors.
  • Provide financial leadership on cross-functional projects, including M&A evaluations, capital investments, and strategic partnerships.
  • Continuously evaluate financial processes and implement best practices to improve efficiency, accuracy, and transparency.
  • Monitor industry and market trends, benchmarking company performance against peers to support competitive positioning.
  • Act as a key liaison between finance and other departments, fostering collaboration and aligning financial goals with business objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA, CFA, or CPA strongly preferred.
  • 5–8 years of progressive experience in corporate finance, FP&A, investment banking, or management consulting.
  • Advanced proficiency in hands-on financial modeling, forecasting, and valuation techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (NetSuite) and business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Excellent leadership, collaboration, and mentoring skills.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Strong communication and executive presentation skills, with proven experience delivering insights to senior leadership and boards.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities

Physical Demands:

  • Sitting for extended periods while using a computer and phone.
  • Manual dexterity includes frequent use of hands for typing, handling documents, and operating office equipment.
  • Must have the ability to read detailed information on screens and documents and hear conversations over the phone and in-person.

Work Environment: This role is typically performed in an office setting, with occasional travel to attend events, meet with clients, or collaborate with other departments. Flexibility to work remotely, depending on company policy and project requirements

Pay: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
