Job Description
Individual in this role handles financial, planning and analysis activities for EMEA and APAC WorkPlace Services organization and provides business partnering to its Regional Managers. The person works closely with the ISC Finance team on matters related to financial analysis, transaction research, issue identification, forecasting and internal controls. Ideal candidate has strong financial acumen with a focus on causaling and forecasting coupled with outstanding collaboration skills.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or similar.
  • Min. 4 years work experience in Finance (experience in Controlling is a plus).
  • Solid knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Excellent MS Excel skills, knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
  • Working knowledge of ERP system (preferably SAP).
  • Very good command in English.
  • Effective interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with peers, managers and leadership.
  • Business partnering skills – proactive, results oriented and self-driven in task execution.
  • A sense of integrity and business ethics, as well as cultural sensitivity.
    You will hybrid work in Katowice, Poland.
