The Senior Financial Analyst provides analytical support to operational leadership focusing on financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting of existing assets. This position primarily interfaces investors, lenders, and senior leadership. We are looking for someone with strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. Job Description Salary Rate: $120,000 Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management, employees and outside contacts. Financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting of existing assets. Develop process for internal reporting for measuring community performance along with senior leadership team. Manage monthly and quarterly financial review process for assigned operating division and review on a continual basis. Provide financial support to communities and regional teams within operating division. Prepare financial packages. Actively participate in the creation of annual business plans and operating budgets. Interface with investors, lenders, and senior leadership team. Create and present analysis and results. Possess strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. Qualifications 2+ years of Finance, Real Estate, and/or Accounting experience. Bachelor’s degree required. Senior Housing or Healthcare Industry experience preferred but not required. You have a strong attention to detail and organizational skills. You are able to juggle many different types of tasks with ease. You have the ability to communicate with others clearly and professionally. You have excellent time management and organizational skills You have excellent computer skills and are able to learn and navigate different software and applications easily. You have experience working with the Microsoft Office suite. Experience working with Hyperion, and/or Yardi is preferred but not required. You currently have a valid driver’s license and are comfortable travelling for business purposes.
