We’re looking for a results-driven and analytical Senior Financial Analyst who is passionate about turning data into insights that drive strategic decision-making. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our financial planning and analysis efforts. You’ll work cross-functionally to provide actionable insights, drive process improvements, and contribute to our company’s growth. This position is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a strategic mindset to problem-solving. What you'll do Develop and maintain complex financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning Analyze financial data, business trends, and key performance indicators to provide actionable insights Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations) to inform business strategy Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards for senior leadership Support monthly close processes and variance analysis Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting, and tools Participate in special projects and ad-hoc analyses as needed.
