JOB DESCRIPTION:

Johnson & Johnson, Inc is currently recruiting for a Senior Financial Analyst – SigniFi, TransAct, and Finance Technology Solutions. The Senior Financial Analyst reports to the Finance Manager for Global Finance. This role will be based in New Brunswick, NJ.
The Senior Financial Analyst role will provide financial leadership and support to the SigniFi and TransAct programs and to the Global Finance technology investments. SigniFi is a multi-year program intended to deliver global standardization, enhanced digital capabilities, and process simplification with the objective of enabling an improved and optimal employee experience and ultimately the J&J Global Finance Way.
The Senior will proactively partner with leads in the Finance, IT and PMO organizations to manage all aspects of the budget and ensure the accuracy and compliance of forecasting and closing cycles, Long Range Financial Planning, and the SigniFi Business Case.
The ability to challenge business assumptions and educate business partners on financial issues and concepts will be required. The candidate must demonstrate strong financial leadership by providing guidance to business partners and summarizing details in a concise manner to upper management.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required; preferably with a major in Accounting or Finance
  • MBA, CPA, CMA or other financial certifications preferred.
  • A minimum 3 years of experience in Finance/Accounting is required
  • Experience in financial planning and analysis is required
  • SAP or TM1 experience is preferred
  • Ability to influence and shape business decisions is required
  • Strategic agility with big picture orientation is required
  • Strong communications skills are required. (presentations, listening, written skills)
  • Strong business collaboration and interpersonal skills is required
  • Ability to motivate and empower others to achieve a desired action is required.
  • Strong leadership abilities including mastering complexity is required
  • The position will be located in New Brunswick, NJ and may require up to 10% travel
