As a Senior Financial Analyst, you’ll play a key role in guiding financial strategy across a well-established group with deep roots in electronics, real estate, and clean energy. This is a full-time, in-person role reporting directly to the CEO. You’ll work side-by-side with leadership to turn data into strategy, build tools from scratch, and help shape the financial engine of a scaling clean energy business.
What You’ll Do
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across all divisions
- Build financial models for pricing, leasing, development proformas, and capital planning
- Analyze vendor costs, operating expenses, and gross margins to improve profitability
- Deliver timely, decision-ready financial insights to leadership teams
- Design and implement FP&A systems, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Track and report on KPIs across electronics, real estate, and development projects
- Manage public grant and funding applications (e.g., IRAP, SDTC), ensuring compliance and tracking
- Evaluate new investments, developments, or product launches through scenario modeling
- Identify inefficiencies and proactively implement financial process improvements
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A or a strategic finance role
- CPA designation (or in progress)
- CA from India is a bonus
- Strong proficiency in Excel; familiarity with ERP and reporting tools (e.g., NetSuite, Power BI, QuickBooks)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data clearly
- Self-starter with strong business acumen and the ability to operate across multiple industries
