We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning & analysis (FP&A), operational reporting, and strategic decision-making in a manufacturing and distribution environment. ---------------------------------------- POSITION OVERVIEW The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, month-end close support, and executive reporting. This role partners closely with Accounting and Operations to drive performance, improve processes, and deliver actionable financial insights. This is a high-visibility role for a hands-on analyst who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment. ---------------------------------------- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning (FP&A) processes * Develop and maintain advanced financial models and scenario analysis * Perform monthly variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast/prior year) * Support month-end close in partnership with Accounting * Prepare executive-level reporting for Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow * Analyze margins, inventory valuation (moving average costing), and operational KPIs * Improve financial reporting systems, dashboards, and ERP processes * Support internal controls and GAAP-compliant financial reporting * Identify process improvements and implement scalable reporting solutions ---------------------------------------- QUALIFICATIONS Required: * Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting * 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance * Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or multi-entity operations * Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Preferred: * Experience with ERP systems such as IFS, Epicor (Prophet 21/Eagle), BI tools, or similar * GAAP knowledge * Experience supporting operations and inventory analysis ---------------------------------------- WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills * Detail-oriented with excellent business acumen * Ability to translate financial data into clear, actionable insights * Process improvement mindset * Comfortable working cross-functionally with operations and leadership ---------------------------------------- WHY JOIN STYLE CREST? * Established, growing organization with 50+ years of industry leadership * Strategic, high-impact role with executive visibility * Collaborative team environment We're an equal opportunity employer.
