Your Impact

• Partner with Operations and Project Managers to deliver clear, actionable financial insights
• Lead performance reporting, KPI analysis, and build compelling dashboards
• Support forecasting, budgeting, revenue recognition, and cost tracking
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal policies
• Prepare audit-ready reports and contribute to ongoing process improvements

What You’ll Bring

• CA/CPA qualified with 5+ years’ experience in financial analysis or accounting
• Strong Excel skills and confident creating visual reporting tools
• Experience in mining/construction finance highly regarded
• Effective communicator, problem-solver, and team collaborator
• JD Edwards experience a plus
