Summary
We are seeking an Anaplan Solution Architect who will serve as both product owner and financial analyst. This individual will own the development and enhancement of Anaplan models while also supporting FP&A activities such as budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate brings strong technical skills, the ability to work directly with business stakeholders, and at least 4 years of hands-on Anaplan model building and systems administration experience.
This role will be about 70–80% focused on Anaplan product ownership and 20–30% on financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Anaplan Product Ownership
Serve as product owner for Anaplan, leading model design, development, and maintenance.
Build and optimize models to support P&L reporting, KPI tracking, budgeting, and workforce/labor planning.
Improve labor models, add forecasting capabilities, and expand visualization within Anaplan.
Design dashboards for FTE and other key workforce metrics.
Translate business requirements into scalable Anaplan solutions while engaging stakeholders across functions.
Financial Planning & Analysis
Support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting cycles, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Conduct variance, trend, and scenario analyses to provide actionable insights.
Deliver clear reports and recommendations to leadership.
Contribute to financial modeling and process improvements beyond Anaplan.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
Minimum 4 years of hands-on Anaplan model building and systems administration.
Certified Anaplan Solution Architect (required).
Strong FP&A experience with P&L management, KPI reporting, and labor forecasting.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, Excel, and Power BI.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Must not require current or future sponsorship to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the casino, gaming, or hospitality industry.
Knowledge of advanced statistical modeling and scenario analysis.
Familiarity with SAP or similar enterprise systems.
Compensation
Base salary up to $120K, depending on experience
