Reporting to the Senior Finance Business Partner, this role plays a key part in delivering accurate, timely and insightful financial reporting and analysis to support informed decision-making and drive strong financial performance.     You will partner closely with the business to support effective cost management, achievement of forecast targets and continuous improvement across financial processes, contributing directly to the organisation’s ongoing success.   About You   To be successful in the role we are looking for someone who will poseses some or all of the following.   To be successful in this role, you will bring some or all of the following:     Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce or a related discipline CA or CPA qualification with 5+ years’ relevant experience A strong continuous improvement mindset Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Experience with Oracle Fusion (highly regarded) Background in regulated, infrastructure or capital-intensive industries Demonstrated experience improving financial or business processes Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, make sound recommendations and meet deadlines   If you are passionate about supporting growth in the renewable energy sector and bring strong commercial finance and business partnering capability, we encourage you to apply.   This role is based in Ultimo and offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits and genuine opportunities for professional development and career progression.   Join us and help shape Australia’s clean energy future.     Recognition & Reward     We believe in providing our people personal, professional and social benefits so that they can deliver their best work each and every day.
