Provides strategic insights and recommendations to support decision-making and operational efficiency. Leads and coordinates financial planning activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Conducts in-depth financial analysis to support stratgeic initiatives, process improvements, and cost optimization efforts. Serves as a subject matter expert and key resource for financial systems, models, and reporting tools. Prepares, reviews, and presents financial reports and dashboards to senior leadership, ensuring accuracy and clarity. Ensures compliance with internal controls, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to support business planning, resource allocation, and financial decision-making What You Will Need Licenses / Certifications / Registrations Accountant licensure required relevant to state in which work is performed preferred. Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of two years of related experience required. Equivalent combination of education and professional experience may be considered in lieu of the education requirement.
