The successful candidate will have excellent written communication, leadership, analytical and financial reporting skills. They will also possess strong business partnership skills and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders across multiple levels and geographies.Key job responsibilities> Partner across Finance and Operations to gather all needed inputs to deliver planning cycles> Gather, review, and communicate fact-based insights into risks and opportunities included in plans, thus to support leadership’s decision-making> Manage and lead the short and long term vision for systematizing planning, bridging and metric financial infrastructure.> Provide support for dive deep analytical projects and executive reviews as neededAbout the teamThe OTR FP&A Planning team’s mission is to deliver ATS and AMZL plans in an accurate and timely manner. We do this while improving OTR planning process both in terms of smoothness, speed and accuracy, thus to serve the purpose of having planning as a service, making our customers’ lives better and easier every day. We are part of a global FP&A team, delivering accurate plans and driving continuous process improvement.
