Operations is at the heart of what we do, delivering millions of packages each day and fulfilling customer orders from all over the world.Amazon is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to support On the Road (OTR) Planning for End-to-End International Operations Finance FP&A team, including partnership with the Amazon Logistics (AMZL), Amazon Transportation Service (ATS) and Third-Party Carriers (3P) organizations.The Senior Finance Analyst will play a key role in leading and delivering OTR plans, as well as internal process improvement projects. The successful candidate will have excellent written communication, leadership, analytical and financial reporting skills. They will also possess strong business partnership skills and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders across multiple levels and geographies.Key job responsibilities> Partner across Finance and Operations to gather all needed inputs to deliver planning cycles> Gather, review, and communicate fact-based insights into risks and opportunities included in plans, thus to support leadership’s decision-making> Manage and lead the short and long term vision for systematizing planning, bridging and metric financial infrastructure.> Provide support for dive deep analytical projects and executive reviews as neededAbout the teamThe OTR FP&A Planning team’s mission is to deliver ATS and AMZL plans in an accurate and timely manner. We do this while improving OTR planning process both in terms of smoothness, speed and accuracy, thus to serve the purpose of having planning as a service, making our customers’ lives better and easier every day. We are part of a global FP&A team, delivering accurate plans and driving continuous process improvement.

  • Experience of working in a large team or fast-paced, corporate environment
