REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Financial Economics, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in financial analysis or a related field
• Experience analyzing financial reports and disclosures from banks and other financial institutions
• Experience analyzing Canadian real estate market data and reports (e.g., Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary)
• Experience working with and interpreting Statistics Canada economic data
• Strong knowledge of Canadian personal finance and real estate products
• Familiarity with computer programming; experience with Next.js and JavaScript for developing financial tools is an asset
• Excellent written communication skills in English

• Conduct research and analysis of financial data to identify key trends and insights
• Collect and evaluate financial and investment information on companies and their products
• Prepare company, industry, and economic outlooks, as well as analytical reports, briefing notes, and correspondence
• Develop written reports and articles on personal finance, real estate markets, and financial programs
• Design and implement online financial calculators and models to support users in evaluating investment options
• Ensure all analysis, reports, and tools are accurate, clear, and user-friendly
