REQUIREMENTS

• Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Matric or equivalent qualification
• Prior experience in sales at least 1 year in insurance sales and 2 years general sales experience.

• Use our remote selling tool to engage leads and close sales
• Conduct virtual product demonstrations and client consultations
• Maintain accurate records of leads and sales in our CRM
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
• Provide excellent customer service and follow-up
