The Position

• Ensure ICFR and SoD control requirements are met and aligned using compliance tools like BWISE.
• Communicate control changes with GBPM/Os and ensure necessary modifications by the Americas SSC Compliance team.
• Maintain the Control Task List for supported affiliates.
• Lead Annual Affiliate Feedback Sessions for improvement ideas and additional support needs.
• Support the yearly CSA process, ensuring questionnaire completion and monitoring progress.
• Provide guidance on SoD, develop action plans to mitigate risks, and deliver SoD/Access services correctly.
• Assist in internal and external audits, including sample compilation and logistics.
• Train and guide new team members, and lead or support compliance improvement projects.
