We are now looking for a Senior Financial Controller to play a central role in our finance function. In this position, you will have hands-on responsibility for financial reporting and control, while also contributing to corporate-level reporting, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with finance colleagues, senior stakeholders, and external parties, and act as an important link between day-to-day financial operations and overarching reporting and governance requirements. This role offers broad exposure, high visibility, and the opportunity to combine operational excellence with ongoing improvements to financial systems, processes, and ways of working. As our Senior Financial Controller, your key responsibilities will be: Own and actively drive month-end and year-end closing processes across a complex, multi-entity environment. Lead and develop the controlling team, setting clear priorities and ensuring high performance and efficient resource use. Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting in line with accounting standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements. Prepare and review key estimates, accruals, and provisions. Maintain and operate a robust internal financial control environment. Deliver financial analysis and support management and internal reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Drive improvements in financial systems, tools, and processes, including upgrades and integrations. Support audits, risk reviews, and governance requirements, including alignment with relevant ISO standards. Who are you? You are an experienced finance professional who enjoys being close to the numbers and taking ownership of financial delivery. You thrive in complex, multi-entity environments and take pride in accuracy, structure, and accountability. You work in a structured and disciplined way, communicate clearly, and remain proactive, adaptable, and resilient in high-pressure periods, while maintaining strong attention to detail and quality. What you bring: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent). Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial controlling, accounting, or audit, preferably within complex or multi-entity finance environments. Strong technical accounting expertise and solid understanding of financial governance and internal controls. Experience leading teams and managing complex financial processes. Strong proficiency in Excel. Experience with Visma or similar ERP/financial systems is an advantage. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
