As part of the financial controlling team, you will play a key role driving and improving our financial reporting, planning and analysis. Here, you will not just work with numbers, but also take ownership of our systems and tooling. • Creation and optimization of internal and external financial reports, including the Profit & Loss (P&L), balance sheet, and cash flow statements for stakeholders such as the CFO and our parent company
• Together with the team, you work on monthly reporting, budget planning and forecasting to support flaconi’s business objectives
• You take complete ownership of managing and enhancing our financial tools used for month-end closing, monthly forecasts, and budget planning
• Providing in-house consulting to optimize existing processes and ensure the targeted use of existing financial reporting and planning tools, as well as other controlling/FP&A tools
• Additionally, you continuously improve our reporting & planning processes by designing blueprints and driving their implementation
• Handling ad-hoc requests to ensure the quick availability of necessary reporting
