As Omio continues to scale globally, we’re hiring an FP&A Analyst to help build the financial intelligence that powers our decisions. Reporting to our Head of FP&A & Business Partnering, this is an early-career role designed for someone who is analytically curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how a global, marketplace-driven tech business really works. You’ll help build and maintain scalable FP&A reporting infrastructure, support budgeting and forecasting cycles, and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. This role sits at the intersection of finance, data, and the business. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Operations, Marketing, Commercial, Accounting, and Data teams across multiple regions, gaining exposure to how financial planning supports decision-making at scale. If you enjoy working with numbers, asking “why,” and turning analysis into impact, this role will give you an exceptional foundation in FP&A. What You'll Do Create, automate, and maintain monthly FP&A reporting packages, dashboards, and recurring analyses. Support monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-term financial planning processes. Build and run financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic and operational decisions. Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, Marketing, Commercial) to deliver data-driven financial insights. Work closely with Accounting, Data, and BI teams to ensure financial data accuracy, consistency, and integrity. Help define, maintain, and refine KPIs and standardized analytical frameworks used across the business. Prepare variance analyses, performance reviews, and presentation materials for senior management. Participate in the month-end close process by supporting variance explanations and financial insights. Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting and analysis tasks to improve efficiency and scalability. Maintain and improve internal FP&A tools, documentation, data pipelines, and processes. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field. 0–2 years of relevant experience in FP&A, management consulting, investment banking, transaction services, audit, or similar analytical roles (experience in a tech or marketplace environment is a plus). Strong academic track record (transcript required as part of the application). Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to work with large datasets. Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills; exposure to SQL, BI tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau), or Python is a plus. Solid understanding of financial statements, unit economics, and basic financial modeling concepts. Clear communicator who can translate analysis into insights for non-finance stakeholders. High attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and a structured, process-oriented mindset. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and international environment. A strong bias toward automation, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
