The role will be delivering high-quality financial due diligence (FDD) engagements for clients involved in mergers, acquisitions, or investments. The role involves leading the preparation and analysis of databooks, interpreting financial performance, identifying key deal issues, and supporting the project team throughout the diligence process. You will work closely with onshore teams and clients to deliver robust financial analysis, prepare key report sections, and ensure that all deliverables meet the firm’s standards of accuracy, clarity, and insight. Duties and Responsibilities: Databook analysis: Takes responsibility for the preparation of much of the diligence analysis, ensuring the preparation of robust and accurate databooks. Reviews and analyses financial statements, management accounts, financial models (where applicable), and other relevant documents, identifying anomalies, trends and questions. Populates questions in the Q&A log based on analysis; responsible for maintaining and updating for responses received Takes responsibility for the preparation of a proportion of the client databook deliverable and ensures that review comments are processed accurately. Supports project team during client discussions, including taking meeting notes/minutes as required. Populate report sections based on Excel write up from the project team Tick and tie on report deliverable Working toward being a more robust L2 team member: Prepares and manages the information request list and flow of information. Leads the preparation for and supports diligence meetings with the target business. Supports with the preparation of internal cost budgets, tracks costs against budget, including overruns and inputs time in an accurate and timely fashion (need salesforce access or this can be extracted by onshore team) Updates project managers on a regular basis for significant items, trends or issues identified, especially those impacting key value schedules (QofE, adjusted net debt, adjusted NWC) Documents and retains on file (within a well organised, logical structure) all significant project matters, including the outcome of internal and client discussions and all externally shared deliverables. Liaise with the manager/director on the job to organise review sessions for the FDD report. Work Set-up: Onsite/Hybrid/Work from home Work Schedule: Mid shift (3:00 PM to 11:30 PM PH time) This position is exclusively open to Philippine citizens currently living in the Philippines.
