Position Summary Odyssey Systems is recruiting for a Senior Financial Management Analyst to support the WIX CV-22 Osprey Division, at Patuxent River, MD. WIB is part of the ISR/SOF Directorate (AFLCMC/WI), who is responsible for equipping our warfighters to win the fight. The Directorate executes a $22 billion acquisition portfolio developing, producing, testing, modifying, fielding, and supporting Air Force ISR and SOF platforms, and related sub-systems. Responsibilities Duties include, but not limited to: Conduct extensive research utilizing various government systems, including MOCAS, CRIS, EDA, WAWF, CCaR, and other systems, in support of the CV-22 Osprey organization. Perform contract/financial transaction reconciliation and closeout duties; easily navigate, interpret, analyze, and manipulate data in multiple accounting systems and databases. Assist financial analysts with verification of data input accuracy into various financial/payment systems. Support the financial management team with reconciliation of Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) data to the CCaRs database. Work closely with Government finance offices, program offices, Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA), and Prime contractor offices to obtain information while investigating relevant financial and contracts information. Perform analyses of commitments/obligations/expenditures on financial documents and contracts and rectify discrepancies. Possess the advanced knowledge, experience, and recognized ability to be considered a highly skilled Cost Estimating Analyst. Must work independently and be able to apply procedures. Analyze cost/price proposals and conduct extensive research, understand, and perform financial allocations, understand and train teams on Earned Value Management and analysis techniques, and perform other duties as required.
