JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join our team in Katy, Texas. In this high-impact role, you will be a key player in shaping our company’s financial strategies through in-depth analysis, forecasting, and actionable insights. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with executive leadership in a dynamic, growing and global organization and contribute directly to business growth and performance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Accounting, Economics or other business-related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or related finance roles. Experience working in a multinational company is a plus.
  • Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Strong proficiency in income statement and balance sheet analysis, preferably for a mid-size to large multi-national organization.
  • Hands-on experience with ad hoc financial modeling to support strategic decision-making.
  • Experience with Oracle, Hyperion (HFM), SmartView or similar ERP financial systems.
  • Experience with Power BI for producing dashboards and reporting is a plus.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
