JOB DETAILSDivision: Finance Group:REPORTS TO: FP&A Manager (100%)LIAISE/COOPERATE WITH: Internal: Functional Departments.

• PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES Budgeting/Cost Control/Financial Analysis & Reporting: Reviewing key project costs and monthly budget reports
• Reviewing purchase requests for budget availability and cost control.
• Assisting and building purposeful excel analysis and reporting.
• Assisting in preparation of cost forecasts, in collaboration with departments / functions (including setting up formats / templates).
• Other Tasks:Supporting the manager in ad-hoc financial analysis or reporting tasks.
• Supporting the manager in accounting reconciliations, where required.
• Preparation of power-point presentations, where required.
• Assist in detailed process documentations for cost control and reporting
