Overview of the Role A Senior Financial Planning Assistant provides advanced administrative and client service support to the financial planning team. This role requires a highly organized and proactive individual to handle complex financial planning tasks, including report preparation, insurance premium estimates, client interaction, and portfolio management. This role plays a key part in handling complex financial planning tasks and ensuring smooth operations within the financial planning office. Main duties include: Summarize client details and setup client files and adding client data to the financial planning software Prepare product comparison reports which involve digital correspondence with insurance and investment companies to gather specific client portfolio information. Prepare portfolio reports and agenda for client meetings Preparing application forms and reports presentations. Managing prospect database in CRM system Submitting application forms, authorities and following up. Send meeting reminders, advice documents to clients. Organizing and tracking advice recommendation to the review masters. Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and client Uphold a strict level of confidentiality Other tasks as assigned by client or CSM Graduate of any relevant course, preferably in finance, business, or a related field. Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a financial planning, insurance, or client service role. Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Strong attention to detail and the ability to prepare accurate financial documents. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. High level of confidentiality and professionalism in client interactions.
