Put your passion, drive and expertise to work with the world's cloud security leader. We're looking for an experienced Senior Financial Representative, Global AP to join our accounts payable team. Reporting to the Assistant Manager, AP, you'll be responsible for: Integrating credit card transaction management and reconciliation into the overall payment system efficiently Implementing accurate and timely processes for vendor invoice handling and outgoing payment management Interpreting aging analysis, cash flow projections, and KPI reports to support financial decision-making Improving vendor relationships by responding to inquiries and resolving payment-related concerns promptly Investigating discrepancies and unusual payment patterns, taking actions to resolve issues promptly and effectively What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications) Masters in accounting with 3-4 years of relevant experience, including exposure to publicly traded and SaaS companies Good Working knowledge of MS Office, emphasis on Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, PPT) Knowledge of international payment processes and regulations What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Willing to work in rotational shifts including night shifts Working knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems (NetSuite, Coupa) #LI-HG1 #LI-Hybrid At Zscaler, we are committed to building a team that reflects the communities we serve and the customers we work with.
