As a Senior Financial Representative, International Payroll, you will be a cornerstone of our global finance operations, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing across the EMEA and APAC regions. You will play a critical role in aligning payroll operations with local regulations and global standards while driving process improvements and operational efficiency. This role requires a balance of technical expertise and collaborative communication to ensure a positive employee experience and seamless operations with external vendors. What you’ll do (Role Expectations) Work with the team to process International Payrolls, review payroll reports provided by agencies, and book related Journal Entries. Ensure absolute compliance of International Payroll and Stock Transaction processes by adhering to internal controls and SOX Compliance guidelines. Partner with International Payroll agencies to resolve employee inquiries and maintain strict payroll and tax compliance. Manage month-end and quarter-end reconciliations and task checklists in coordination with the broader team10. Support the department with special assignments and additional tasks as required to support our high-growth environment11. Who You Are (Success Profile) You act like an owner. What We’re Looking For (Minimum Qualifications) Post-Graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or a similar field. 2–4 years of relevant experience in Payroll processing. What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills with the ability to interact professionally with internal staff and external third parties. Strong analytic skills, high attention to detail, and a proven ability to meet strict deadlines.
