SR FINANCIAL SYSTEMS ANALYST

Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Oracle Cloud Consultant to lead and support enterprise-level implementations and optimizations across Supply Chain Finance and Change Management domains. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, particularly in SCM and Finance modules, and demonstrate strong leadership in managing change initiatives and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud modules including Supply Chain (SCM), Financials, and HCM.
  • Configure and support Oracle Financials: General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, Procurement, and Demand Planning.
  • Develop and maintain OTBI and BI Publisher reports for financial and operational insights.
  • Manage integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and support BIP report development.
  • Design and execute change management strategies for ERP rollouts and process transformations.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement, training, and communication plans to ensure adoption and minimize resistance.
  • Configure PeopleSoft Change Management defaults, templates, and business units as needed.
  • Analyze supplier data and financial transactions to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
  • Lead quarterly supplier performance reviews and manage corrective action plans.
  • Support procurement lifecycle including vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, and compliance monitoring.

Essential Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud consulting, with a focus on SCM and Finance modules.
  • Proven experience in change management and ERP system administration.
  • Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills; experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, and FBDI data migration.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA preferred.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with NetSuite, SAP, Workday, and Oracle Biz Network (OBN).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools like JIRA.
  • Ability to mentor junior consultants and lead cross-functional teams.
