Working closely with senior leadership, underwriting partners and global colleagues, you will play a key role in shaping client outcomes, influencing placement strategy, and driving commercial growth across our UK cyber portfolio. This role offers a high degree of autonomy, visibility, and impact;  ideal for someone ready to take the next step in their cyber broking career. The Role Client Leadership & Relationship Management * Act as the day‑to‑day lead for a portfolio of mid‑to‑large UK cyber clients. * Own renewal preparation, client strategy discussions, and placement execution. * Drive retention, identify growth opportunities, and support cross‑sell initiatives across WTW. * Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships at multiple levels within client organisations. * Provide clear, commercially focused advice on cyber coverage options, emerging exposures, and market developments. Broking, Placement & Market Engagement * Lead or support the placement of cyber insurance programmes into the London and regional markets. * Prepare high‑quality market submissions, negotiate terms and conditions, and secure competitive outcomes for clients. * Interpret underwriting feedback and influence market positioning through strong narrative, data insights, and negotiation. * Contribute to placement strategy alongside senior brokers and FINEX leadership. * Maintain strong working relationships with key cyber underwriters across the UK market. Technical Expertise & Portfolio Support * Analyse cyber risk information, assess client exposures, and translate technical details into actionable recommendations. * Support the development of cyber insights, benchmarking, modelling outputs and client‑ready materials. * Contribute to reporting, stewardship meetings, and portfolio reviews for key accounts. * Stay abreast of cybersecurity trends, claims activity, regulatory changes, and shifts in market appetite. Collaboration & Team Contribution * Work closely with colleagues across FINEX, Claims, Risk Advisory, Analytics, and the wider WTW network to deliver integrated solutions. * Mentor and support junior brokers, analysts and apprentices within the team. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, tools, and client delivery frameworks. * Uphold WTW’s standards of compliance, accuracy, documentation, and operational excellence.
