POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Senior Fintech Account Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping our existing contractor clients unlock the full potential of Leap’s SaaS products by integrating our industry-leading payment processing and home improvement loan solutions. This is a unique opportunity that blends account management with a focus on driving fintech adoption. You’ll leverage your sales expertise and understanding of the home improvement industry to educate existing Leap users on the benefits of our embedded financial tools.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the FinTech industry including payments or lending. (Direct or Dealer Lending preferred)
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals in a competitive environment
  • Deep understanding of the FinTech landscape and experience selling financial products or services
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively tailor messages to different audiences
  • Ability to build strong relationships and navigate complex sales cycles
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a team player eager to learn
  • Proficiency in Salesforce (preferred) or other CRM platforms
  • Strong understanding of the challenges faced by home improvement contractors, particularly around payments and project financing.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with key decision-makers and partners
  • Experience working with and educating clients on software solutions is a plus, so tech savvy is a benefit
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve assigned targets for product adoption within the FinTech (payments/lending) space.
  • Prospect and qualify leads, conducting in-depth needs assessments to understand Customer challenges and opportunities.
  • Deliver impactful presentations showcasing how Leap’s fintech solutions streamline workflows, secure payments faster, and empower them to close more deals.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with Customer requirements and company objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within your client base.
  • Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to close, ensuring timely follow-up and clear communication.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams (product, marketing, customer success, etc.) to drive successful customer outcomes.
  • Partner with clients to ensure seamless integration and adoption of our payment processing and home improvement loan offerings.
  • Educate client staff on effectively utilizing the fintech features within Leap.
  • Track progress towards adoption goals and report on key metrics.
