We are looking for a senior engineering leader to help us scale our platform and push our technical capabilities further. You will play a key role in setting engineering direction, improving system performance, and delivering a seamless experience for our clients and developers alike.

• Own the design and delivery of scalable APIs, infrastructure, and backend services.
• Drive improvements in developer experience, DevOps, and system reliability.
• Evaluate technical trade-offs and recommend practical solutions - not pre-determined tech stacks.
• Support agile delivery processes (planning, standups, release cadence).
• Mentor and lead engineers, while promoting best practices.
• Collaborate with product and leadership teams to define roadmap priorities.
