Essential Experience & Skills:

  • Proven experience in fire damper servicing, testing, and remedial works

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines
  • Confident using MS Office tools
  • A valid UK driving licence

Responsibilities

YOUR NEXT ROLE

Are you an experienced fire safety professional ready to take the next step in your career? Were looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Fire Damper Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be hands-on with servicing and remedial work, while also supporting junior staff, producing reports, and helping ensure our fire safety services are delivered to the highest standards.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Carrying out detailed fire damper inspections in accordance with industry standards (e.g. BS 9999)
  • Performing and supervising remedial works to ensure full compliance
  • Producing accurate reports and documentation for inspections and remedial actions
  • Liaising with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Mentoring junior engineers and providing technical support when needed
  • You may also be involved in supporting quotation processes and assisting in managing project workflows.
