Description:

We are delighted to partner with a leading construction business to appoint a Senior Fire Safety Engineer. This role will cover the North of England and you will be required to:

  • Provide technical fire safety support to design and construction teams
  • Deliver compliant buildings in line with building safety legislation
  • Support the delivery of fire safety training across the organisation
  • Provide advice and support on higher-risk building projects
  • Ensure the design and construction complies with the safety legislation set out in the Building Safety Act
  • Be the technical fire safety expert in project/design meetings and screen third party fire contractors

Experience, Qualifications, Memberships:

  • Technical knowledge of Fire Safety Legislation
  • A degree in Fire Engineering or a related construction/fire field
  • Member of the institue of Fire Engineers
  • Experience with new build fire strategies and the risk assessments of buildings

This is an exceptional opportunity with a first class construction organisation. You will have the option of a company vehicle or car allowance on top of your salary. The position will primarily cover the North of England with the occassional requirement to travel across the UK.

Pay: £55,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
