REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience: 3–5 years in rent-a-car operations, logistics, or fleet management.
  • License: Valid UAE driving license — mandatory.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong knowledge of operations management.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written English.
  • Availability: Must be able to join immediately.

JOB PURPOSE

The Senior Fleet Operation Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing daily fleet operations, ensuring efficient vehicle allocation, maintenance coordination, and smooth logistical processes. The role requires strong operational management skills, effective communication abilities, and experience in the rent-a-car or logistics industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate and manage vehicle fleet operations to ensure availability and optimal utilization.
  • Oversee rental contracts, vehicle allocation, and customer requests.
  • Liaise with service centers and workshops to schedule vehicle maintenance and repairs.
  • Monitor vehicle usage, mileage, and performance to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate fleet records, reports, and documentation using MS Office tools.
  • Assist in resolving customer concerns and operational issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety guidelines, and local regulations.
