SENIOR FLIGHT OPERATIONS TECHNICAL SUPPORT OFFICER The Senior Flight Operations Technical Support Officer assists with the creation and distribution of operational documentation and technical publications. Main duties include: Assist the Head of Flight Operations with daily flight operational activities of Amiri Flight’s 24/7 global operations. Liaise with respective manual owners and stakeholders to produce, revise and distribute Operational and In-house manuals as per the company standards, policies and procedures in compliance with Local and International regulations. Track, create, review and release Air Crew Notice (ACN) and handouts. Communicate and coordinate with different Departments within Flight Operations on operational document maintenance and distribution. Assist with validation and verification of Loadable Software Aircraft Parts prior to distribution to technical engineering for aircraft update. Qualification & Experience Bachelor’s Degree. Excellent Computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 products and advanced knowledge of Adobe Frame Maker, SGML/XML and Adobe Acrobat utilities. Five years’ experience in airline flight operations preferred. Experience in aircraft documentation and library processes with a sound knowledge of aviation, library and IT functions. Experience in technical writing and in Electronic Flight Bag management is considered a plus. Skills Proficient in English language. Team and Service Orientation. Social Competence. Communication Skills. Process Focused.
