Optimiza is on the lookout for talented Senior Flutter Developers to join our innovative team. In this role, you will leverage the Flutter framework to create high-quality, responsive applications for both iOS and Android platforms. Your expertise will play a critical role in delivering exceptional mobile experiences for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain advanced mobile applications using Flutter and Dart, ensuring peak performance and responsiveness across various devices. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code, enhancing overall user experience. Integrate third-party libraries and APIs into Flutter applications to enhance functionality and performance. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers, promoting coding best practices within the team. Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and fix issues related to responsiveness, usability, and compatibility. Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in mobile development, particularly with Flutter and Dart. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and team methodologies. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in mobile application development, with a strong focus on Flutter and Dart. Proficient in native iOS and Android development (Swift, Kotlin) is a plus. Strong understanding of mobile architecture and design patterns (MVC, MVVM). Experience with state management solutions in Flutter (Provider, BLoC, Riverpod). Familiarity with RESTful APIs and libraries for asynchronous data fetching. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience mentoring junior developers is a plus. Class A Health Insurance
