YOUR ROLE

As Senior Food & Beverage Assistant, you’ll support the smooth running of our bar and restaurant operation. You’ll be a key point of contact for our guests, help guide junior team members, and ensure that every service reflects our high standards.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Provide exceptional service across bar, restaurant, and events.
• Support the bar team in delivering a high-quality drink offering, including whiskey, wine, and cocktails.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of service areas.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food service.
• Help monitor stock levels and support restocking procedures.
• Engage with guests, sharing product knowledge and delivering a warm, memorable experience.
• Be proactive during service, identifying and solving problems quickly.
