We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Unit Manager to oversee the daily operations of multiple food and beverage units at our park, Chessington World of Adventures.
In this role, you will be responsible for organising, directing, and evaluating the food and beverage service, ensuring maximum efficiency and high production standards. You will also play a key role in menu innovation and driving customer satisfaction.
To succeed in this role, you must have hands-on experience in a high-volume, quick-service environment and be highly organised.
You’ll be accountable for your team’s performance, including recruitment, training, and performance management. With flexible availability to work weekends and evenings, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where delivering exceptional guest experiences is the top priority.
