Polos Social Lounge is Sherwood Park’s upscale yet casual destination for global comfort food, handcrafted cocktails, and community-focused hospitality. We’re seeking a motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our growing team and oversee daily lounge and dining operations.
As General Manager, you’ll be responsible for staff leadership, guest satisfaction, cost control, and operational excellence across our food, beverage, and event services. You’ll help shape the guest experience while managing performance, scheduling, inventory, vendor relations, and financial targets.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of hospitality or restaurant/lounge management
• Proven leadership and financial management experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• POS system experience preferred
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations
• Lead, train, and develop staff to deliver exceptional service
• Maintain labor costs, food and beverage inventory, and budgeting
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor laws
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and marketing teams on events, promos, and happy hours
• Monitor guest feedback and resolve issues proactively
