Responsabilidades Responsible for managing and overseeing foreign trade operations and regulatory compliance in New Mexico, ensuring adherence to requirements by the SAT and the Ministry of Economy. Key responsibilities include responding to anti-dumping and countervailing duty inquiries, coordinating with import brokerage partners, and maintaining daily operational controls. The role also involves submitting periodic reports and regulatory declarations, communicating regulatory updates to government authorities, ensuring proper control of imported materials, and maintaining accurate records of import and export transactions in accordance with New Mexican Regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Support internal and external audits SAT code support Commodity codes Certificates of Origin (CoO), RMAs, TMEC VUCEM Platform Management Oversight and follow-up of the entire process related to IMMEX, PROSEC, and Rule 8 (Regla Octava), including data entry into internal control systems Requisitos Education and Skills Required: Complete higher education in Foreign Trade / International Business Advanced English Experience Required: Experience in SAP Sales and Distribution module or similar ERP system Experience with duty drawback and import compliance, control over when tax reduction programs are applied Experience with Foreign Trade, Customs, and international transportation #LI-AS1 #LI-HYBRID
