JOB SUMMARY:

The AC Senior Foreman (Bus Maintenance) is responsible for overseeing and coordinating air conditioning (AC) maintenance and repair activities within the bus fleet. This role ensures that AC systems function efficiently, adhering to safety and operational standards. The Senior Foreman supervises a team of AC technicians, schedules maintenance tasks, and ensures compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or certification in HVAC, Refrigeration, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 15+ years of experience in AC maintenance, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of bus HVAC systems, including diagnostics and repair techniques.
• Proficiency in reading technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a team.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in public transport or fleet maintenance.
• Certification in EPA Refrigerant Handling.
• Knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
